Chair Yoga
Yoga is a form of movement that is highly adaptable to match people's ability and mobility levels. Using a chair for support opens up yoga to those unable to engage in mat-based exercise and is becoming increasingly popular around the world.
Becky gained so much through her own journey with yoga that she decided to engage in training and is now a qualified yoga teacher. She is available for one-to-one or group chair-yoga sessions.
A typical yoga session will include a mix of breathing, warm-up, strength & balance poses, stretches and relaxation. Yoga provides many health benefits:
- Promotes calm
- Reduces stress levels
- Increases strength
- Encourages co-ordination
- Improves balance
- Develops flexibility

One to one
$90 per hour initial visit with written programme
$75 per hour follow up visits
